What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email, preferred dates, guest count, and any message you choose to share. Contact details you provide via phone, WhatsApp, or email are used only to respond to your request.
How we use it
Enquiry data is used to confirm availability, share quotes, and coordinate your stay. We do not sell personal information. Submissions may be stored in our private admin inbox and, when configured, forwarded to a Google Form controlled by the property owners.
Retention
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for guest coordination and basic business records, then remove or archive them.
